Actually i’m listening to ‘neighbors’ and I’m having a ball. This is a very fine piece of jazz! R.E.S.P.E.C.T… your playing is so laid back, it’s awsome. Thank you for this wonderful time! I’m going to get myself the other cd’s in the near future (’11:11′ is on the way from the U.S.A). I wish you all the best from Germany! Any plans touring Germany in this decade ;o) ?
Thanks! The guys from Big Neigborhood will be glad to hear you are enjoying the sides. The Big Neigborhood group does not perform together any longer because we all live in different parts of the country now. As far as Germany goes, I’ve talked on and off about trying to do a project over there with my old student and fine alto player Ulli Jünemann. Getting my band over there is a more difficult problem these days because travel prices have gotten so high to Europe without some good sponsors. If you know of some good opportunities, let me know.
